Not only is Matcha Green Tea good for you, but you can use it in almost any recipe you make. Your imagination really is the limit when it comes to creating recipes with Matcha Green Tea powder.

I’m really loving these popsicles, green tea with fresh summer peaches. They remind me of a tall, cold glass of peach iced tea on a hot summer day. Except in Popsicle form and without all the sugar.

I really am trying to eat better these days by cutting out refined sugar, most of the time. I can’t say all of the time because I have a few recipes for future post where that logic is left out.

This girl has got to have a cheat day!

Did I mention these popsicles are refined sugar-free, dairy-free, and full of antioxidants? Well, they are.

And they’re not just for adults as your kids will love them too!

Since these are a healthier option to popsicles, feel free to have one anytime of the day.

Yes, you can have popsicles for breakfast!

Matcha Green Tea & Peach Popsicles are a healthy way to stay cool during hot summer days.

  • 2 peaches, washed
  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 4 teaspoons Matcha Green Tea powder
  • 2 Tablespoons honey

  1. Wash peaches well since you will be using all of the peach, including the skin. Slice peaches and remove pit. Toss the pit in trash. Dice one peach and set aside in a large bowl.
  2. Add peach slices from 1 peach, coconut milk, Matcha powder, and honey into blender. Pulse on High until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Pour blended ingredients into large bowl with diced peach and mix together.
  4. Use a ladle to pour ingredients into popsicle molds, leaving room at the top for expansion when freezing.
  5. Place tops onto popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  6. If using popsicle sticks, place molds into freezer for at least 1 hour, remove to place sticks into center of popsicles, and place back into freezer for remaining time. You can cover with plastic wrap or foil after popsicles have frozen.
  7. To remove, turn upside down and run warm water over tops of popsicles for at least 1 to 2 minutes to help loosen popsicles from molds. You can also place popsicle molds in shallow warm water to help loosen, without getting tops wet.

  • If diabetic, you can omit the honey.
